Job summary

PE Global Healthcare (Ireland) is recruiting a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to cover a maternity leave period in Cork from November 2026 to November 2027. You will join a multidisciplinary team and provide specialist assessment and intervention for individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex support needs, collaborating with families and staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised S< qualification, CORU registration, 2–3 years of clinical experience, and a full driving

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech & Language Therapist with CORU registration.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with intellectual disabilities desirable.
• Full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment and intervention for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Support families and work with multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care within maternity leave coverage timeframe.
