Job summary

Circet Ireland & UK is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead overhead lines, civils and cabling activities on power infrastructure projects. You will manage a supervisor team, coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery of programmes.

You will work with Circet's systems to track progress and report on status to clients and management. The role requires strong leadership, field capability and commitment to HSEQ standards, with duties spanning planning, resource deployment,

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews on power infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of overhead lines, civils and cabling.
• Ability to manage resources and schedule work to meet KPIs.
• Strong HSEQ compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement work packages to meet timescales in line with Programme Plans and KPIs.
• Provide weekly resource capacity.
• Manage weekly timesheets and sign-off sheets.
• Deliver forecasted programme.
• Maintain Management Information System with field input.
• Provide status reporting.
• Schedule field resources to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure resource levels meet workload and KPI targets.
• Daily whereabouts submission.
• Complete works in line with HSEQ requirements.
• Identify dependencies, milestones, risks and issues.
• Create and deliver high quality project documentation.
