Job summary

Qualifications

• CDM trained as a baseline safety standard.
• IOSHH or NEBOSH qualification is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, people management and leadership skills.
• Experience in the power sector or energy infrastructure.
• ESB accreditation and experience with ESB/Power networks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage a project to meet or exceed KPI targets.
• Lead the project team, including sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with CDM and Streetworks legislations.
• Determine resource requirements for completion of all works.
• Manage productivity, roles, and responsibilities to meet planning and specifications.
• Own the commercial aspects to prevent financial breach and drive profitability.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve project performance.
