Job summary

Guidewire is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform team. You will help automate processes, ensure availability for our cloud SaaS multi-tenant products, and collaborate with core product developers to meet availability, performance, and maintainability.

You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, and Aurora/PostgreSQL, build observability dashboards, implement SSO with SAML/OAuth, and promote a culture of reliability, blameless postmortems, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proved software engineering and automation skills in Bash, Python, and Go.
• Strong Linux systems background with experience in agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability and automation for multi-tenant SaaS platforms on AWS.
• Develop and maintain an SSO authentication workflow using SAML/OAuth.
• Build observability tooling and incident management for global infrastructure.
