Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Site Manager for large residential projects in Cork City and surrounding counties. You will lead on-site delivery, supervise subcontractors and liaise with authorities to ensure safety and programme compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5 years' Senior Site Manager experience on major residential or mixed-use schemes in Ireland or the UK; a trades background with 10 years on-site; and a third-level qualification in Construction or Engineering is desirable.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as Senior Site Manager.
• Experience in large scale residential & commercial projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Trades background with 10 years on site experience desirable.
• Third-level qualification in Construction or Engineering desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the commercial team in planning, tendering and delivery of developments.
• Providing specialist technical leadership on site.
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets.
• Implementing best practice in project controls, performance management, and reporting.
