John Paul Construction is seeking a Site Logistics Manager for Dublin-based projects. The role focuses on planning and coordinating all site logistics to ensure efficient labour, materials, plant and equipment movement.

You will oversee access, traffic, deliveries and welfare facilities to support safe, productive operations. Collaborating with the project team, subcontractors and supply chain partners, you will help maintain milestones and minimise disruptions while upholding health, safety and

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' Site Management experience.
• Large-scale commercial/residential/mixed-use project experience beneficial.
• Excellent knowledge of trades and construction processes.
• Strong delegation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all site logistics activities to ensure efficient movement of labour, materials, plant and equipment.
• Oversee site access, traffic management, deliveries, storage areas and welfare facilities to support safe and productive operations.
• Work closely with the Project Team, subcontractors and supply chain partners to maintain milestones and minimise site disruptions.
• Monitor and coordinate logistics resources to ensure works are carried out efficiently and in line with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, company policies and site-specific logistics plans.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and site stakeholders to promote collaboration and positive site culture.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively, implementing solutions that improve site efficiency, productivity and safety.
