Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer in Ireland to manage and optimize enterprise cybersecurity platforms, including SIEM and data lakehouse components. You will collaborate with CyberDNA, Infrastructure, and Continuity teams to maintain service reliability and security across globally distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years platform engineering and infrastructure operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and day-to-day operations of enterprise cybersecurity platforms.
• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance through monitoring and incident management.
• Assist Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and SOC operations.
• Support platforms such as Splunk, Enterprise Security, Cribl, Databricks, Elastic.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization programs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 operational coverage.
• Maintain ITIL-aligned processes, SOPs, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, audit, and regulatory requirements.
