Job summary

Krispy Kreme Blanchardstown is seeking a Senior Shift Leader who will lead from the front in our Dublin shop while supporting two additional locations. You’ll manage rotas, stock and KPIs to deliver outstanding guest experiences and strong shop performance, primarily based in Dublin four days a week.

You’ll coach Shift Leaders and Team Members, own labour planning and cost control, and drive performance across three shops.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate teams while upholding high standards.
• Confident handling rotas, labour planning, stock, ordering and waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, coaching Shift Leaders to high performance.
• Own rotas, labour planning and stock to control costs and service levels.
• Drive KPIs, manage P&L, and ensure safe, clean store standards.
• Lead across three shops, with primary base in Dublin and support to two others.
