Qualifications

• Security management experience within the corporate sector.
• Proven budget management with cost-control initiatives.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV and intrusion systems.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security personnel to deliver quality service within the assigned remit.
• Manage contracted hours, costs and equipment in line with client expectations.
• Create and implement a security strategy aligned with client and company vision.
• Build relations with service partners and internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide monthly client reports and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Oversee recruitment, welfare, appraisals and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, GDPR and ISO standards.
• Manage subcontractors and invoicing within the supply chain.
• Deliver induction training and maintain training documentation.
• Monitor attendance and Bradford factor to manage absence.
