Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Information Security and Application Security professional for the Global Security Support Centre (GSSC) in Ireland. You will own and triage security matters for the ServiceNow platform, investigate incidents, and coordinate communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of professional experience in information security or application security roles.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information security or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing models and security controls.
• Experience with security tooling and incident handling across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent security in customer-facing incidents, cases, findings and calls.
• Own, triage, investigate and respond to security matters on the ServiceNow platform.
• Act as primary security contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate efficient triage of security incidents by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
• Build and maintain customer trust through exceptional service and communication.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement on security for internal and external customers.
• Work with Legal on security/privacy matters across time zones.
