Job summary

Stelfox IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master for a long-term daily-rate contract in Dublin. The role is hybrid, with three on-site days per week, supporting distributed teams in a fast-paced financial tech environment.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver working software in aligned sprints while removing impediments and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master / Scrum Coach managing multiple projects in a technical environment.
• Proficient with JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
• Ability to train/coach team members on ceremonies and artifacts.
• Experience with data warehousing and reporting in the financial sector.
• Strong MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and facilitate iterative delivery.
• Serve teams and stakeholders with servant leadership.
• Identify and address impediments and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Track sprint/delivery metrics and reports.
• Collaborate on PM methodologies and tooling.
