Senior SAP PS/SD Specialist — S/4HANA Project Billing

Job summary

NDT Global is seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) & Sales (SD) Specialist to support and optimize our SAP S/4HANA solution. You will lead end-to-end project structuring, revenue recognition, cost planning, budgeting, and settlements within PS, and oversee SD processes including sales orders, project billing, and milestones.

The role requires strong integration with FI/CO, P2P, PM, EWM, and Salesforce, plus experience with CDS views, SAC, and Fiori for PS reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP PS in SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in RA Key, revenue recognition methods, and settlement processes.
• Strong cost control, budgeting, and cost tracking in SAP PS.
• Experience with multi-scenario project execution (ILI, CAPEX, R&D, Overhead).
• Ability to integrate SAP PS with FI/CO, Logistics (EWM, P2P, PM), SD, and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of CDS Views, SAP Fiori, and SAC for PS reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Configure PS structures: WBS, networks, activities, milestones.
• Define RA keys for revenue recognition.
• Configure Project Cost Planning, Budgeting, Availability Control, and Settlement.
• Ensure integration between SAP PS and FI/CO, P2P, PM, SD, EWM, and Salesforce.
• Support SD processes: Sales Orders, Billing, Milestone Billing, e-Invoicing, PEPPOL.
• Support Output Management, forms, tax integration, and PS-Salesforce integration.
• Implement RA and Settlement Rules.
• Configure budgeting, cost monitoring, IFRS-aligned accounting.
• Optimize reporting: CDS, SAC, Fiori; dashboards.
• Drive governance and best practices.
