Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Dublin team, with primary work location at Blackrock. You will develop and customize Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions to meet our business needs, leveraging Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce APIs while working with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

You will stay current with Salesforce features, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the digital transformation by designing AI-driven solutions

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration: custom objects, workflows and validation rules.
• Experience with AI prompt engineering and Agentforce agents is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP and MuleSoft.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Salesforce code using Apex, Aura and LWC and related tools.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to fit business processes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create technical documentation, release notes and best practice guidelines.
