Job summary

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications required.
• Proven ability to design and deliver Salesforce solutions in a complex environment.
• Experience with AI-driven or agentic solutions and data migration.

Responsibilities

The Role

We're looking fora Salesforce Administrator to join one of our top client engagements — a globalenterprise undergoing Salesforce-led transformation, including acquisitionintegration and platform expansion across newly onboarded entities. This is aPermanent/Full-time, Hybrid position based in Dublin, Ireland.

You'll partnerwith business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforcesolutions within an Agile/SAFe framework, acting as the bridge betweenbusiness, technical, and QA teams. You'll drive end-to-end delivery acrossmultiple initiatives, lead design discussions on the Salesforce Lightningplatform, and bring best practices for M&A system integration and datamigration to high-impact, cross-geography programs.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to capturerequirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions within anAgile/SAFe framework
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, andQA teams to ensure alignment on requirements, dependencies, and deliveryoutcomes
• Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives,proactively managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Lead design discussions and contribute toarchitecture decisions and solution design on the Salesforce Lightning platform
• Support Scrum teams in adhering to Agile bestpractices, including all ceremonies and delivery standards
• Develop and maintain key documentation such asuser stories, functional specs, and design artifacts
• Track and report progress to stakeholders,ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships withbusiness partners and internal teams
• Provide ongoing recommendations and strategicinsights aligned to the product roadmap
• Present demos, prototypes, and solutionwalkthroughs to business stakeholders
• Influence stakeholders through data-driveninsights and thoughtful decision-making
• Lead acquisition integration programs and otherhigh-impact initiatives involving significant system transformation
• Support Salesforce platform expansion acrossnewly integrated entities
• Bring best practices for M&A systemintegration and data migration
• Manage multiple initiatives and stakeholderengagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Drive consistent delivery of high-quality,scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams acrossgeographies to define and implement best-fit designs

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales CloudConsultant certifications (required)
• Proven ability to design and deliver solutionsleveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
• Experience building or supporting AI-driven oragentic solutions
• Strong understanding of system integrations, ETLprocesses, and BI tools
• Hands-on experience with data management (dataloads, mapping templates, Excel models)
• Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities
• Demonstrated success leading complex,multi-stream projects across global teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, andcommunication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams throughinfluence (matrix leadership)
