Job summary

Semperis is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to own the Xactly Incent system and the monthly compensation cycle. You will validate source data, run commissions, and deliver accurate payment files to Payroll within the close window.

You will reconcile data across Salesforce, HR, payroll, and Finance systems, explain variances, and contribute to audit-ready documentation and controls for repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in incentive compensation or commission operations.

Responsibilities

• Run the recurring commission and incentive calculation cycle from source data validation to payment file delivery within monthly close.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in assignments, splits, credits, quotas, rates, currencies, and adjustments; document true-ups and corrections before payment.
• Reconcile Xactly Incent against Salesforce, HR, payroll, and Finance systems monthly and quarterly; support close with accruals.
• Turn large datasets into clear reporting on attainment, commissions, and payments; explain plan mechanics and findings to managers and employees.
