You will coach junior staff, develop service offerings, and engage stakeholders to implement corrective actions. Join a cross-disciplinary team that delivers risk services across sectors, supports business development, and shares knowledge to drive continuous improvement in risk management

Qualifications

• Expertise in project, programme, and business risk management facilitation.
• Experience building complex cost, schedule, and business risk models using ARM, Primavera Risk Analyser, Safran Risk, Predict, and Xactium.
• Able to explain the results of risk assessments to non-specialists.
• Able to suggest appropriate risk assessments for non-specialists.
• Knowledge of risk management techniques and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage effective risk management services on projects and/or workstreams within larger projects.
• Lead on development and presentation of client risk management deliverables; engage with stakeholders.
• Support project leaders in successful delivery of the project.
• Coach more junior members of the team.
• Work with the team to develop and expand WSP Risk Management offerings.
• Embed and share knowledge and best practice.
• Build professional networks to support business development activities.
