Job summary

Analog Devices in Limerick, Ireland is seeking a Senior Product Applications Engineer to support TRx/ADC/DAC designs for aerospace and defense, collaborating with software, hardware, marketing and field teams to move customers from evaluation to prototyping.

You will apply RF and mixed-signal know‑how, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to DSP reference designs and technical materials while maintaining a strong customer focus in a fast‑paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in product applications engineering or related roles.
• Experience with analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary technical support to customers for TRx/ADC/DAC implementations.
• Integrate and troubleshoot software and hardware on evaluation boards.
• Collaborate with marketing to define and document customer system requirements.
• Define and implement eval board architecture and release plans.
• Work with Systems, FPGA and Software Engineers on DSP reference designs.
• Create datasheets, application notes, training materials and seminars.
