Job summary

RAD Search is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist at Associate/Associate Director level to lead residential projects across Ireland. The role offers ownership from early design through construction and completion, with autonomy to drive design direction and team performance.

You will oversee design development, technical coordination and site progression while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with developers, consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong track record across Irish residential projects.
• Thorough understanding of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and project delivery requirements.
• Strong site experience and ability to make confident technical decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead across residential developments in Ireland from early design to construction and completion.
• Coordinate with developers, consultants and contractors and provide technical direction.
• Mentor junior colleagues and drive design development and site progression.
• Ensure delivery focus with design development, technical coordination and client engagement.
