Job summary

Hibernian Recruitment is partnering with a well-established financial services business to appoint an experienced Compliance and Regulatory Oversight Specialist. You will strengthen the organisation’s compliance framework across areas including outsourcing oversight, AML/CFT, complaints management, fitness and probity, CPC, CCMA and MCC regulations, and regulatory audits.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ relevant banking or financial services experience, an LCI qualification,

Qualifications

• At least three years’ relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• LCI Qualification is required.
• Broad knowledge of financial services regulation.
• Experience reviewing facility and security documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer and loan documentation for compliance.
• Support operational teams with compliance queries.
• Contribute to Board reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Help ensure policies and controls remain aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with outsourcing oversight and assurance testing, AML/CFT, and complaints management.
