Job summary

Regional Facilities Manager (Technical Services) leads a multi-site IFM portfolio across South & South-West Ireland, spanning Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Kerry and the wider Munster region. You will oversee Site Managers and operational leaders to ensure top-tier engineering, maintenance, compliance and workplace services.

The role demands a strong technical FM background, senior stakeholder engagement and accountability for budgets, performance KPIs and contract governance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Integrated Facilities Management contracts across multiple sites.
• Strong technical FM, engineering or building services background.
• Experience leading multi-site operations in complex environments.
• Proven ownership of budgets and multi-million euro P&L responsibility.
• Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of hard services maintenance and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Manage both hard and soft services operations, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient service delivery.
• Act as the primary relationship owner for key client stakeholders.
• Drive account performance through P&L management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead, coach and develop Site Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure statutory compliance, technical governance and HSEQ standards are achieved.
• Monitor contract KPIs, SLAs and operational performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and service enhancement initiatives.
• Support contract mobilisations, projects and business growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial, procurement, finance and operational teams to maximise performance and profitability.
