Prudential Financial’s PGIM Real Estate Ireland is seeking a Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager based in Letterkenny. The role focuses on accurate accounting and reporting for assigned portfolios, acting as a key liaison across business and support teams with 2 days on site each week.

You will oversee a third-party administrator, ensure timely financial statements, investor reports, and data submissions while supporting Asset Managers and coordinating with legal and policy teams on complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5–8 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in real estate investments.
• Experience with GAAP and fair value considerations for REITs.
• Ability to oversee third-party fund administrators and maintain controls.
• Strong Excel skills and data validation capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the third-party fund administrator and related controls.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and performance reports.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and investor deliverables.
• Support Asset Managers on ongoing operational matters.
• Interact with Legal, Transaction staff, and Policy groups on accounting policy.
