Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) team. The successful candidate will manage RCSA program deliverables and contribute to the overall operational risk management strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk, controls, or audit is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to make independent decisions and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RCSA program deliverables and action plans.
• Facilitate a value-added RCSA product capturing the business risk environment.
• Review and improve workflows, KPIs, and KRIs.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions.

Skills

Financial services experience

Operational risk knowledge

Strong communication skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Familiarity with Fusion/Salesforce

Experience performing regression testing
