Job summary

Blackrock Clinic in Dublin is seeking a Senior Radiographer (Nuclear Medicine) to join the Radiology department. The role involves undertaking diagnostic imaging procedures and leading the department in the absence of the Clinical Specialist Radiographer.

• BSc. in Radiography or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake diagnostic imaging procedures as required.
• Lead in the day-to-day running of the Department in the absence of the Clinical Specialist Radiographer.
• Carry out regular audits in the department to aid quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure radiation safety ALARA principles are followed.
• Participate in on-call services and extended hours as required.
