Qualifications

• Experience with hydrophilic coating technologies and surface chemistry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials/Polymer Science or Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to NPD, Global Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Lead or support projects to evaluate alternative materials, processes or technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation per regulatory and design control requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet requirements with proposed solutions.
• Develop protocols and test plans and manage product build, transport and storage.
• Conduct statistical analysis and document results, conclusions and recommendations.
• Represent R&D on cross-functional teams during New Product Commercialization.
