Hollister Incorporated in Ballina is seeking a technical professional to support R&D efforts in hydrophilic coatings and related materials. You will work across NPD, marketing, engineering and manufacturing to develop and assess new materials, processes or technologies for products and processes.

The role requires strong problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to contribute in cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with design controls. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Experience with hydrophilic coating technologies and related materials science knowledge.
• Understanding of design controls and regulatory documentation.
• Ability to lead or support cross-functional project teams and deliver solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Providing technical support to NPD, Global Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Leading or supporting projects to evaluate alternative materials, processes or technologies.
• Preparing technical documentation per regulatory and design control requirements.
