This role offers the opportunity to work within an established site team on large-scale construction projects, ensuring work is delivered safely,

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Engineering degree with 8+ years surveying experience.
QS conversion MSc preferred.

Responsibilities

Managing the production of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and Forecasting reports.
Managing the preparation and agreement of monthly project Payment Claims.
Managing the preparation of Internal and External Project Cashflow information.
Managing Change Control including change identification and negotiation.
Identifying and quantifying the effects of Delay and Disruption on projects.
Monitoring all ongoing commercial aspects during the course of the project.
Assuming the role of a Commercial Lead on a project.
Liaising with Clients and Client Representatives.
Administering the provisions of the Contract in respect to notifications.
Compiling and Issuing Sub Contracts
Commercial management of Sub Contractors and Suppliers
Negotiating and agreeing Sub Contractor final accounts
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
