Job summary

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a well-established contractor based in County Mayo. The role offers an excellent salary between €50-70k and the opportunity to work on diverse projects in healthcare, commercial, education, and residential sectors.

You will manage the financial performance of multiple projects, ensuring commercial processes are completed accurately and on time, while fostering strong relationships with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Experience working for a specialist subcontractor or main contractor.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts.
• Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
