3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Galway-based team. The role focuses on leading commercial management from tender to final account, managing procurement and subcontract packages, and preparing valuations and cash-flow forecasts on a strong West of Ireland project pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, significant main contractor experience, and proven negotiation and communication skills. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with main contractors.
• Experience on commercial, residential or public sector projects.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of projects from tender to final account
• Manage procurement and subcontract packages
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and cash-flow forecasts
• Manage variations, change control and final accounts
• Mentor and support junior QS team members
• Report commercial performance to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant QS experience with a main contractor
