Job summary

The role requires proven experience on complex construction or engineering projects, strong contract knowledge, and the ability to produce accurate cost reports, budgets, and final accounts within a structured governance framework.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts and risk management.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial performance and contract administration.
• Review main contract terms and highlight key risks.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and track changes.
• Lead procurement and commercial management of subcontract packages.
• Manage subcontractor payments, variations and final accounts.
• Prepare and submit payment applications with supporting records.
• Maintain commercial documentation and variation tracking.
• Support cost reporting, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support governance processes and uphold commercial standards.
