Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Dublin team on a hybrid basis. You will lead commercial management, valuations, final accounts, and cost control on high-profile residential and commercial developments.

With 7+ years in QS, chartered or working towards SCSI, you will mentor junior staff, negotiate with subcontractors, and ensure contractual compliance and value for money across projects in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying or similar role.
• Chartered or working towards SCSI chartership.
• Excellent knowledge of contracts, procurement, valuations and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects from start to final account.
• Prepare valuations, interim payments and final accounts monthly.
• Monitor costs, budgets, cash flow and financial performance on projects.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, payments, valuations and agreements.
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Mentor and support Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyors.
• Ensure commercial targets while maintaining quality and programme.
