Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 main contractor on a large-scale data centre project in Belgium. The role involves owning commercial management, cost control, budgeting and reporting, and working away on an international assignment.

You will manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and variations, help prepare final accounts, support tender analysis, liaise with design teams and clients, and mentor junior QS staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Significant experience as a Senior QS with a main contractor.
• Strong commercial and cost management skills, with a track record on large-scale projects.
• EU citizenship or existing right to work in the EU.
• Open to working away in Belgium on a rotation basis.
• Desirable: Data centre or mission-critical construction experience.
• Desirable: Experience working on international or overseas projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a large-scale data centre project in Belgium. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with data centre or mission‑critical experience, who is comfortable working away from home on an international assignment. Candidates from across the EU with a track record on complex, fast‑track construction programmes are encouraged to apply. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager.
