• Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Identify and manage commercial risks.

• Ensure compliance with framework agreements and contractual obligations.
• Support the development of target costs.
• Maintain accurate cost records and documentation.

Location: Co Kilkenny

Duration: Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Overview of the Role

To help manage all commercial aspects of a project from design through to final account final and to aid in commercial reporting and application.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
