Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the QA teams across CN, HCPF/Donore Road and Blanchardstown warehouses. The role will expand to future sites.

You will set quality strategy, manage incoming goods, deviations, investigations, and KPI reporting, and partner with Engineering, Production and QC to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance. A Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Science with 3–5 years GMP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or Diploma / Certificate in Pharmaceutical Science.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a GMP regulated environment.
• Proven track record of leadership and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA teams across CN, HCPF/Donore Road and Blanchardstown warehouses.
• Ensure safe work practices and report near misses to EHS.
• Manage the team that generates and reviews warehouse records for Goods In & Dispatch.
• Direct quality activities within incoming goods receipt area.
• Communicate quality strategy to leadership and coordinate with functions.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Define Quality Warehouse Operations KPIs and report weekly SQDC outputs.
• Review deviations and investigations related to storage and dispatch.
• Develop and train the Quality Warehouse Operations team; manage HR activities.
• Conduct quarterly conversations and maintain timely 1:1s.
• Support site inspections and act as part of Quality Site Leadership.
• Drive good practice and continuous improvement across the site.
