Job summary

RED C Research in Ireland is seeking an experienced Qualitative Researcher at PM or Associate Director level to lead and manage qualitative projects across Ireland and the UK, collaborating with senior researchers and learning from their experience.

You will design approaches, moderate groups, analyse conversations, and turn findings into clear, commercially useful stories, while developing client relationships and mentoring junior researchers.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in qualitative research, ideally in a market research setting.
• Ability to design research approaches, discussion guides and stimulus.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to present complex insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative projects from brief to final presentation across Ireland and the UK.
• Moderate focus groups, depth interviews, workshops and online qual research.
• Analyse qualitative data to identify themes and human truths.
• Turn findings into clear, engaging stories and recommendations for clients.
• Develop client relationships and mentor junior researchers.
• Collaborate with senior practitioners and bring new ideas to the team.
