Job summary

Egmont, a chartered consultancy in Dublin, seeks a Director of Project Management to build and lead a new division from the ground up. You’ll own the delivery, client strategy, and the commercial growth of the practice, reporting at board level with full autonomy and equity potential.

You should bring 10+ years of consultancy experience in Ireland, a strong client network, and proven capability to hire, motivate, and scale teams while managing fees and margins.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consultancy experience in Ireland.
• Strong client network and commercial instincts.
• Proven delivery of PM services on Irish projects.
• Leadership experience and team-building ability.
• Confidence managing fees, margins, and growth strategy.
• Chartership (SCSI / RICS) is advantageous, but mindset and track record matter more.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a new project management division from the ground up.
• Oversee project delivery, client strategy, and profitability.
• Hire and build your own team and develop governance and systems.
• Shape brand positioning and market presence.
