Job summary

DOMINO HR Ireland is seeking a French-speaking Senior Research Executive – Quantitative to join our Dublin team. This client-facing role requires solid agency experience and the ability to manage quantitative studies from briefing to final recommendations.

You will work across the full research lifecycle, combining project management, data interpretation and strategic insight while presenting findings to clients and supporting new methodologies. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years of market research experience.
• Experience in a market research agency or research institute.
• Strong quantitative research expertise.
• Knowledge of U&A, tracking/barometer, concept or user testing.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

We are recruiting a French-speaking Senior Research Executive – Quantitative to join a growing international research team in Dublin.

This is a client-facing market research role for someone with solid agency experience who can manage quantitative studies from brief through to final recommendations.

You will work across the full research lifecycle, combining project management, data interpretation, client interaction and strategic insight.

What you’ll be doing:

• Participating in client briefs and understanding research objectives
• Designing quantitative studies and defining analysis plans
• Coordinating and monitoring fieldwork
• Validating and interpreting research results
• Identifying the key story behind the data
• Turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Preparing high-quality reports and presentations
• Presenting findings directly to clients
• Contributing to new research methodologies, tools and analytical approaches

What we’re looking for:

• Around 4 years of market research experience
• Previous experience working within a market research agency / research institute
• Strong quantitative research expertise
• Good understanding of methodologies such as U&A studies, tracking / barometer studies, concept or user testing
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to clients
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Sphinx
• Exposure to Power BI would be an advantage
• An interest in AI and emerging research tools
• An interest in healthcare, consumer health or related sectors would be particularly relevant
• Professional fluency in both French and English is essential
