Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for a Contract Development & Manufacturing Manager for our biopharmaceutical client in Dublin. This is an initial 12-month contract, remote role. Hybrid = Onsite in Dublin 2-days per month.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
• Master's degree and 2–3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
• Diploma and 10–12 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or ML Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work in technical teams in the development, deployment and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics.
• Translate complex business processes into production level code.
• Work alongside software engineers to translate algorithms into viable products meeting business requirements.
• Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain AI/ML and generative AI solutions, including model validation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Work with data engineers on data quality assessment, data cleansing and data analytics.
• Generate reports, annotated code, and other projects artifacts to document, archive, and communicate your work and outcomes.
• Perform data verification and scenario testing of developed solutions ensuring business requirements are met.
• Explore emerging and alternate technologies to support digital solution advancement.
• Support code level troubleshooting activities.
• Work with IS teams/resolver groups.
• Share and discuss findings with team members practicing SAFe Agile delivery model.
• Ensure AI/ML/Digital solution development complies with GxP and other regulatory standards, fostering a strong Quality culture.
