Job summary

Mane Contract Services seeks a Quality Manager to own quality across Europe's data centre, pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects. You will lead the QA/QC function from construction through to commissioning and handover, helping ensure world-class standards are achieved on major projects.

You will work with construction, commissioning and package management teams to drive testing, inspections and NCR resolution, delivering safe, efficient projects right the first time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA/QC or quality teams on large construction projects.
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspections, ITPs, NCR management and corrective actions.
• Experience supporting testing, commissioning, turnover or client handover processes.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project quality function across construction to handover.
• Drive quality performance, testing, turnover processes and client handover readiness.
• Collaborate with construction, commissioning and package management teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
