3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting for a QA/QC Administrator to join a leading data centre delivery team in Dublin. The role focuses on managing quality documentation and supporting the QA/QC function on a major project, with duties including documentation control, registers, turnover packs and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have QA/QC, document control or project admin experience, construction or engineering project exposure, and strong IT skills with Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QA/QC, document control or project admin role.
• Construction or engineering project experience preferred.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA/QC documentation, registers and records
• Track inspection and test plans, NCRs and close-outs
• Compile turnover and handover documentation packages
• Manage document control within the project CDE
• Support the QA/QC team with reporting
