Job summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Delivery Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme on a long-term contract basis in County Dublin. The role requires leading testing delivery across large-scale projects, partnering with business and technology teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have extensive QA leadership experience, expert test management knowledge, and a track record of driving continuous improvement in agile/hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading QA delivery within large-scale enterprise programmes.
• Expert knowledge of Test Management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong experience in test estimation, planning and delivery management.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams.
• Experience leading distributed QA teams within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing delivery for large programmes or assigned workstreams, ensuring delivery meets operational, contractual and quality objectives.
• Take ownership of QA delivery, ensuring testing activities are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standards.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive test strategies, plans, estimations and schedules.
• Manage testing risks, dependencies and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies where required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, development teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing delivery metrics and implementing QA best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance to improve testing processes, delivery efficiency and overall service quality.
• Mentor and support QA team members, promoting knowledge sharing and high performance.
• Influence delivery decisions across multiple teams and provide expert advice on quality assurance practices.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements through additional QA services and delivery improvements.
