Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Python Engineer for a bold greenfield venture in a leading global insurance organisation. You will design, build and ship AI agents end-to-end in Azure, contributing from day one in a dynamic startup-like environment.

You’ll work across OpenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines and Copilot solutions, building integrations and evaluation loops, and reporting to C-suite leaders on project direction and engineering standards. This is a high-visibility role with real impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or AI engineering.
• A2A+RAG experience required.
• Startup environment experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship agents end-to-end in Azure environment.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services.
• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents.
