Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering in Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support multi-disciplinary, multi-sector project delivery. You will facilitate planning, scheduling and control processes, providing advice and clear communication to management on risk and progress.

Work with the Lead Planner and Planning & Risk Manager to develop integrated schedules, monitor progress, and present weekly updates. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in planning and project control.
• Able to produce and coordinate multiple project plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules with PM and main contractor.
• Lead planning meetings and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, and look-ahead schedules.
• Provide cost and labour loading in coordination with Commercial Team.
• Prepare trackers and reporting templates.
• Escalate risks to Lead Planner and Planning Manager.
