Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Planner in Ireland. You will build and manage construction programmes from design through delivery, coordinating with Project Managers, commercial teams, site teams and main contractors on data centre and mission-critical projects.

You will produce detailed schedules, monitor progress, forecast labour needs, and manage programme revisions to keep projects on track. Salary up to €120,000 plus package; strong experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in engineering, construction, MEP or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and progress measurement.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction programmes from targets and WBS.
• Integrate programmes with Main Contractors and clients.
• Track weekly progress, productivity and labour efficiency.
• Produce look-ahead programmes and progress reports.
• Run planning and look-ahead meetings with site teams.
• Identify risks, constraints and delays; support risk mitigation.
