Job summary

O'Neill and Brennan in Cork is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a new residential development project in County Cork. You will oversee projects through all stages and ensure HSE compliance while liaising with clients to clarify requirements.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years' experience with a main contractor, and eligibility to work in Ireland. DOE salary range is €85k–€95k, offered on a yearly basis.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management.
• 5+ years' experience with a main contractor.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest building regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout all stages, from development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of the project.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards.
• Prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings.
• Supervise site staff and subcontractors to maintain construction quality standards.
