Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Wexford, Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure project. You will oversee planning, programming, budgeting, safety, and quality, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven PM experience in main contracting.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of programming, procurement, cost control, and PM processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivering the project on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead site teams, engineers, subcontractors and consultants.
• Develop and manage the construction programme and mitigate risks.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs, and regulations.
• Coordinate design and resolve technical issues with the project team.
• Monitor progress and report to senior management.
• Maintain robust quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote health and safety culture and compliance.
• Manage risks, variations and delays.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communications.
• Lead project meetings and drive continuous improvement.
