A leading building contractor in the Leinster region is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage exciting commercial projects. You'll oversee various aspects from preconstruction to completion and manage multiple subcontractors. The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management and at least 5 years of management experience with a main contractor in Ireland, along with strong communication and programming skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or similar required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role.
• Ability to manage site programs and schedules effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor construction drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with design team to ensure timely completion of work.
• Direct and manage site staff and subcontractors.
