This role involves designing transportation projects and contributing to their development while ensuring compliance with quality systems. The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years post‑graduate experience in transportation projects.
• Experience with design standards applicable in Ireland or UK.

Responsibilities

• Design of transportation projects.
• Preparation of reports, detailed design, tender documents.
• Contribute to project lifecycle development.
• Work with engineers, technicians, and scientists.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Management Systems.
• Take ownership of issues and seek solutions.

Skills

Civil or Transportation Engineering degree

Experience in transportation project design

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Familiarity with TII, DMURS, Cycle Design Manual

Civil 3D proficiency (a plus)

Education

Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering

NFQ Level 9 qualification (a plus)
