Job summary

LSC, Life Science Consultants, invites applications for a Sr Project Engineer to join a South Dublin-based biopharmaceutical company specializing in Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech, with client-side technical ownership of plant utility systems from construction through start-up, commissioning and handover. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, drive design reviews, and ensure readiness for operation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in building services design, construction and commissioning in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of GMP-regulated facilities and codes is expected.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-side technical lead with project delivery ownership of assigned plant utility systems from construction through startup and handover.
• Oversee design intent, P&IDs, equipment, piping, controls and interfaces to ensure system operability.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors and Amgen SMEs to resolve RFIs and field changes.
• Support equipment installation, inspections, walkdowns, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain system ownership through operational readiness and transfer of care.
