Job summary

The role requires 5 to 10+ years in project risk or programme delivery, with experience in Programme Assurance and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years experience in project risk or programme delivery in consulting, industry, or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support assessments of projects, programmes, or portfolios on medium- to large-scale transformations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to enable effective risk management and delivery.
• Deliver high-quality work products and contribute to proposals for medium- to high-complexity projects.
• Provide innovative ideas and adapt methods to client needs and thought leadership.
• Support engagement-level Quality & Risk Management initiatives and EY standards.
