Albany Beck is a UK-based management consultancy working with leading Financial Services organisations to deliver complex business and technology change. We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support the delivery of key initiatives within a leading Bank.

This is an opportunity for an established delivery professional with a strong background in banking or financial services, capable of managing complex programmes, engaging senior stakeholders and driving successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering programmes or complex change within Financial Services.
• Experience delivering across multiple teams, workstreams or business functions.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Delivery certifications (SAFe RTE, MSP, APMP) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate programme delivery aligned to strategic objectives and milestones.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, roadmaps, governance and reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and resources proactively.
• Engage senior stakeholders with clear progress updates and key decisions.
• Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams with cross-team accountability.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall approaches to support programme execution.
• Facilitate governance forums and provide accurate reporting to leadership.
• Drive collaboration across teams to maintain momentum and objectives.
